Hands Up Out of Poverty is a registered not for profit corporation. We finance all our own overhead costs so we can commit to you that 100% of all money donated goes to the people in Africa who are taking part in the projects we support.

• Secondary school textbooks – $100.00 will purchase 20 textbooks
• Sanitary pads for 10 school girls for one academic year
  
• Dairy goats - A Pure Bred Goat for $225 – Local goat $125
  
• Solar panels for medical clinic night-time lighting – $600.00 each
• 10,000-litre water storage tank – $1,000.00
• Greenhouse and water harvesting and watering system- $5,500.00
  
• Two-oxen team and plough (ideal for a micro loan) – $1,000.00
